Unfortunately yes. Bill Hicks is second to only Richard Pryor for having material unilaterally ripped off by the less funny.I played Sandra her first Hicks bit a few weeks ago. It was the "Rush Limbaugh is a scat muncher" bit. The look on her face was classic.
I'm pretty sure that Sam Kinison clip predates the Hicks.
Kinison and Hicks were friends in Austin while they were coming up.
