So the 38 cents were teh cost of the two washers and the $998,798.00 was the shipping and handling. I assume the ladies decided on that price as a sort of joke or something. Or maybe they thought asking for the full million might make someone suspicious.
Why is it no one in the government is getting the ax for letting stuff like this go on?
