"He had on a white tunic, a beige leotard, and tights and boots," Teresa explained. The man was also wearing a cape.

This from Teresa Skarman who was the lucky victim of a purse snatching as she headed home from work. The caped man was not the purse snatcher. He was the hero that chased the purse snatcher down.

"I thought, 'wow, who's that?'"

Cameron Evans, normally a mild mannered pizza delivery guy. He and two other bystanders joined in the chase took the robber down. He got away, but Cameron got the purse.

"Typically we just deliver some pizzas (dressed like this), and that's about it. But when we run into a situation like this, we're forced to act," Evans explained, adding,"If you're in Uptown, and you're gonna commit a crime, watch out for galactic superheroes."
