Beauticians and the beating

Jared Gipson, 24, entered Blalock's Beauty College on Tuesday with a gun and an attitude. He collected money from the women present and ran for the front door. Dianne Mitchell, the manager, tripped him. As he fell, Gipson dropped his gun and Abram Bishop, the token male in the college, jumped on his back, pinning him down.

Mitchell sounded the battle call and her students fell on Gipson after arming themselves with curling irons, chairs and a wooden table leg.

Gipson was later charged with armed robbery and will be booked into the city jail when he is released from the hospital.

'Token Male'?

He's probably just sensitive.
