Goes to me. For a few days I've had problems with one TV set. Not all the channels came in and the ones that did were fuzzy. I checked the cables - none were loose. What the hell?
Figured it out tonight after exhaustive detective work.
The DVD player was on.
And now, I will hit myself in the head with a thick board and got to bed.

That's way more impressive than my morning spent deleting and reinstalling all the various components of Norton Anti-Virus only to dicover the the problem was with Windows.
