Yeah, so were going to start producing radioactive plutonium 238. So what? We're America, we need it. Well, for National Security, of course! The program could cost around $1.5 billion, but we got the bread to cover that! We're America! It'll generate more than 50,000 drums of hazardous and radioactive waste but that's what Montana is for!
