Hem and Haw over Hemingway House

Four couples want to buy the 13-acre land on which Ernest Hemingway’s former house in Ketchum, Idaho resides.

They don’t like plans to turn it into a literary memorial. Fearing unwanted traffic, they want to buy out the owner, The Nature Convervancy.

Others claim there wouldn’t be that many tourists to begin with and moving the house where the author killed himself would be a serious challenge.
