The Electronic Frontier Foundationhas brought a class action suit against AT & T for their role in the NSA's wiretapping and datamining of Americans.
The Center for Constitutional Rights has also brought suit concerning the wiretapping as have the Electronic Privacy Information Center and the ACLU.
